What Our Crew Would Do- Shanna

Hey Everyone! Shanna down in American Fork again! I'm So excited to show you the project I came up with! I've been seeing the You & Me signs all over Pinterest and really wanted to make one of my own but I have limited wall space in my bedroom so I had to come up with something that would fit in the space but also something I could put on a shelf or somewhere that wouldn't take up too much room. Here's what I came up with.

Here's the supplies I used:
-an 11x14 box sign
-Monogram tag letters to spell the words You and Me
-an ampersand (&) from our Andrea letter font
-masking tape or painters tape

-paint -brushes

-pencil

 

I started by painting the box sign white.

 

 

Then I taped off the size of stripes I wanted.

 

 

While that was drying I painted my letters the color I wanted them to be.

 

 

After the stripes were dry I peeled off my tape and did any touch ups.

 

 

Then I took my ampersand (&) and traced it onto the box where I wanted it.

 

 

 

And hand painted inside those lines.

 

 

Then I glued my letters in place

 

and I had my very own YOU & ME sign! I'm totally in love with how my project turned out!
