All Things Kids Guest Post

I am so excited to be posting for this fun company {The Wood Connection}!  They are by far one of my favorite "Fabulous Spaces and Places!"  My friend Lori introduced me to this store last year.  It was love at first sight!  Be prepared to be inspired by the work they've done or create something amazing and new.  The staff is beyond helpful, nice and willing to help.  Trust me, I've been there a lot lately while planning for my sons first birthday!  And, did I mention they are affordable and have nearly everything you need right there?! Love them!
If you are a mom who loves to craft, and has several projects going all the time, but you have your little one clinging to you and bugging you at all times... Why not grab a project for them too.  That way you can get your crafts and projects done while your little one is doing his/her own project.  It's a win for all!

I made my way to The Wood Connection this past week to see what kid friendly projects they had.  I was blown away with all the fun stuff for kids!  There was one thing that caught my eye more than anything, and it happened to be their newest project.  I was beyond thrilled to have my nieces, nephew and some neighbor kids try this craft out.

Supplies you will need to do this craft...

~Kids ;)
~ Wood to craft with {The Wood Connection}
~ Acrylic Paint
~ Poly foam paint brush
~ Wood glue
~Newspaper (to paint on)
~ Glitter (optional)
~ Scrapbook paper (optional)

**I got all the supplies from The Wood Connection, minus the kids and newspaper. ;)

I would say this kids craft project was a success!  They all had so much fun, as did I!  A big thanks to my sister-in-law Kristin for rounding up some neighbor kiddos for me.  Also, thanks to all my lil crafters, and The Wood Connection for this fun craft idea!
