Tips for Shopping at The Wood Connection During Busy Season

o       Everything in our store is cut by hand. Really! Although we are a small business we try our best to meet your needs. A quick review of the following facts will help acquaint you with our fast paced and somewhat crazy busy season.

o       We do reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you can buy off the sales floor. Because everything is hand cut, we have a limited supply; so to be fair to all of our customers we need to set limits. Our general rule is you cannot take more than 4 of any item off the shelf. On some occasions the limit is more restricted. This doesn’t mean you can’t have what you need; simply place an order. The good news is that when you place an order you can have as many as you want.

o       Ordering is a really good thing for us and for YOUI! Generally the wait is anywhere from 1 -3 weeks depending on our current work load. Orders can be placed in the store or over the phone. You can order a few extra – just call us a couple of days before your pick up and let us know what you won’t need. You can pay for it when you place it or when you pick it up. Everything is conveniently boxed for a quick checkout. Remember that orders are not ready until 2:00 on their due date.

o       We sell some things that are not manufactured here (i.e. glitter, paper, ribbon, jewels, hats, metal, etc.) Occasionally it is difficult for us to get as much as we need from the distributor and we run out of items. We do our best to avoid this but at times it is beyond our control. If you love something buy it when you see it!
    
o       At times we have long check out lines. We ask you to please be patient and when it is your turn we will gladly provide you with our amazing customer service.
